Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access restricted areas without permission, submit malicious content or misuse forms, authentication or client features.
Our services
Descriptions on this website are general. A paid project begins only when the parties accept the applicable proposal, statement of work or other written agreement. That project agreement controls scope, deliverables, timing, payment, ownership, revisions and any project-specific warranties.
Concept work and portfolio content
Work labelled “Concept Project” is fictional demonstration work and is not presented as a real client engagement, testimonial or performance result. Real client results will only be published with appropriate permission and support.
No guaranteed business results
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, conversion rates or other commercial outcomes unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Website performance depends on many factors outside a designer or developer’s control.
Intellectual property
TheWEBloom website, branding, original copy, code and original design work are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Client-project ownership is governed by the applicable project agreement.
Third-party services
The website may link to or integrate services operated by third parties, including Supabase, Resend, Hostinger and Payoneer. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, policies or independent actions.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment and cancellation terms for custom project work are stated in the proposal or statement of work before payment is requested. Because services are customised, there is no universal retail-style return period. See our Payment & Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
